What integrations does Solid Affiliate support?

Solid Affiliate integrates out of the box with WooCommerce and WooCommerce Subscriptions. We are working on more integrations with other popular WordPress plugins and SaaS platforms.

Do I get access to add-ons?

Yes. We have all Solid Affiliate add-ons available for all license holders out-of-the-box. No separate installation required. Everything is included in the plugin, and there’s a built-in page where you can toggle our add-ons on and off. We’re the only comparable plugin that does this because it’s the best experience for our customers, even though we lose out on upselling and getting more money out of our customers.

Can I use Solid Affiliate on client websites?

You can use Solid Affiliate on any website as long as you have a valid license that is being paid for. If you have multiple websites or client sites, we recommend a larger plan. If you need an even great number of licenses, or have custom need, please contact us.

Can I use Solid Affiliate on multiple websites?

Yes! You can manage all your active websites in your account page under License page (View Websites > Manage Licenses).

How do I issue a refund?

Access your account on Solidaffiliate.com/my-account. If you’ve forgotten or lost your account password, please use the WordPress reset password tool. If you have issues singing in, please contact our support team.

Does Solid Affiliate work on WordPress multisite environments?

Yes! Solid Affiliate will work on any WordPress Multisite installation. Learn more.

Does Solid Affliiate support multi-currency WooCommerce stores?

Solid Affiliate does not support multi-currency WooCommerce stores. The plugin uses the one currency you set as your WooCommerce store in the default settings.

What languages does Solid Affiliate support?

Solid Affiliate is fully translatable and supports a few languages out-of-the box. You can see a list of all supported languages here. If your language is not included on this list, don’t worry! The entire plugin can be easily translated using common tools such as Poedit or Loco Translate.

Is Solid Affiliate GDPR compliant?

Yes! Solid Affiliate is a fully GDPR compliant. Solid Affiliate does not store or process any of your users’ personal data, and only uses 1st-party cookies. There is a huge advantage to using Solid Affiliate as more users and web browsers restrict 3rd-party cookies.

Does Solid Affiliate support Multi-level Marketing (MLM)?
